How recruiter accounts work

Recruiter accounts on EmployForm are independent from any single organization. You maintain your own profile and candidate relationships, and you can be associated with one or more organizations simultaneously. This means your sourcing history and shortlists follow you across engagements.

Unlock Request Approval Rate

Percentage of your unlock requests that candidates accept — a quality signal

Active Matches

Candidates currently in an active pipeline stage across all your open roles

Pipeline Health

Number of candidates with recent activity (no stalls or blockers)

Stalled Candidates

Candidates with no movement for 7+ days — need follow-up or stage action

Open requisitions that have no candidates sourced yet — your gap list

Connect to an organization

From your dashboard, use the organization selector to switch between organizations you are associated with. To add a new organization, click Add Organization and enter the organization invite code or request access. An organization admin must approve your access before you can source for their roles.

Review open requisitions

Click the Requisitions tab on your dashboard to see all open roles for your current organization. Each requisition shows:

  • Experience level required and number of key skills needed
  • Location and remote/hybrid/on-site preference
  • Current pipeline depth — how many candidates are at each stage
  • Whether the posting is public or private

Quick tip

The Requisitions tab shows every role assigned to you, with summary counts and a direct link to start sourcing.

Find candidates

Click Source Candidates on any requisition to enter the Discovery search filtered to that role requirements. Filter by:

  • Skills and proficiency — skill match strength against the role required skill set
  • Location and work preference — city, region, country, remote-only or on-site
  • Experience level — years of experience or seniority level
  • Verification status — confirmed identity and credentials

Anonymous profiles

Names and contact details unlock only after the candidate accepts your request.

Save searches

Shortlists persist between sessions so you can compare candidates over time.

Send unlock requests

When a candidate anonymous profile looks like a strong fit, click Add to Pipeline or Express Interest to trigger an unlock request.

Quality over volume

Your unlock request approval rate is visible to organizations. Mass-blasting requests drives your approval rate down. Target candidates who genuinely fit the role.

Move candidates through the pipeline

Access the Pipeline view to see all active candidates organized by stage:

Each stage transition notifies the candidate automatically. You can add notes and set reminders at any stage.

Build and share shortlists

Use Shortlisting Tools to build curated shortlists per requisition, shareable with organization admins and hiring managers.

Check stalled candidates weekly

The Stalled Candidates metric flags anyone with no pipeline movement in 7+ days. Re-engage promptly or they disengage entirely.
