What makes EmployForm different

Traditional job boards expose your resume to everyone the moment you upload it. EmployForm flips that model: your identity stays private by default. Recruiters can see your skills and accomplishments as an anonymous profile — and only learn who you are when you choose to reveal yourself.

Key concepts for candidates

Understand these before you dive in.

Anonymous Profile

Your name and contact details are hidden from recruiters until you unlock them

Unlock Request

A recruiter who wants to connect sends you an unlock request — you approve or decline

Job Board

Browse open positions from organizations using EmployForm via the Discovery tab

Job Tracker

Track applications and interview stages from your dashboard Applications tab

Verification

Optional identity and credential verification that boosts your credibility score

1

Create your account

Go to app.employform.com/register and sign up with Google. EmployForm uses Google Single Sign-On so there is no separate password to manage.

Use your professional email

Sign up with the email address you use professionally. Recruiters and organizations can see your domain as a trust signal even before your identity is unlocked.

2

Build your portfolio profile

Your profile is structured around quantifiable accomplishments rather than job descriptions. Fill in every section thoroughly — profile completeness directly affects how often you surface in recruiter searches.

  • Work experience with outcomes — describe what you achieved using numbers: “grew pipeline by 40%”, “reduced churn by 18 points”
  • Skills and proficiency levels — add skills relevant to the roles you want. Be accurate — recruiters filter by skill level
  • Location and work preferences — set preferred location, remote/hybrid/on-site preference, and travel availability
  • Salary expectations (optional) — a range helps surface roles that fit your expectations
3

Browse jobs anonymously

Open the Discovery tab to see job postings from organizations on EmployForm. Filter by location, role type, industry, and required skills. All browsing is anonymous — organizations cannot see who has viewed their postings.

Private vs. Public listings

Organizations control whether their job is public (visible to all candidates) or private (visible only to candidates they have specifically sourced). If you don’t see a role you expected, it may be set to private.

4

Receive and respond to unlock requests

When a recruiter or organization is interested in your anonymous profile, they send an unlock request. You will receive a notification in the app and by email.

  • Accept — your full profile and contact details become visible to that recruiter
  • Decline — the request is dismissed with no reason required

Your acceptance rate matters

Recruiters can see your response rate (not individual decisions). A healthy acceptance rate signals you are an active candidate.

5

Track your applications

The Applications tab shows every role you have connected on, along with your current stage in the pipeline:

Each stage update triggers a notification so you always know where you stand.

6

Get verified

Optional but recommended: complete identity and credential verification. Verified candidates appear with a badge on their profile and rank higher in recruiter search results. The verification process typically takes 1–2 business days.
